K Monitor is a web console for production jobs, Kawasaki welding robot control and program maintenance.
Description
K Monitor brings the operator, the production job and the Kawasaki welding robot into one working environment. The operator selects a program, sets the part quantity separately for the left and right worktables and starts the cycle; the system shows the active job, completed quantity and remaining quantity.
Engineers have access to Flow logic, variables and commands, robot-program tools, backups and data recovery. When a secure authorised connection is available, the robot can be accessed remotely; user roles and statistics help separate the operator’s daily work from technical maintenance.
